Türkiye, Cumhuriyetimizin ikinci yüzyılında ekonomik, teknolojik ve jeopolitik açıdan önemli bir dönüşüm sürecinden geçmektedir. Değişen küresel dengeler, dijitalleşme, yapay zekâ, enerji güvenliği ve uluslararası ticarette yaşanan gelişmeler; ülkelerin rekabet gücünü yeniden şekillendirirken, Türkiye’nin önünde de yeni fırsatlar ve önemli sorumluluklar bulunmaktadır.
Bu süreçte Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan liderliğinde yürütülen politikaların yanı sıra; devlet kurumlarının etkinliği, özel sektörün üretim kapasitesi, üniversitelerin bilimsel katkıları, sivil toplumun dinamizmi ve vatandaşların ortak beklentileri de ülkemizin geleceğini belirleyen temel unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır.
Bugün toplumun ortak beklentisi; güçlü ekonomi, düşük enflasyon, yüksek alım gücü, güven veren bir yatırım ortamı, bağımsız ve etkin işleyen hukuk sistemi, kaliteli eğitim, erişilebilir sağlık hizmetleri ve gençlere umut veren istihdam olanaklarıdır. Bu hedefler, yalnızca ekonomik büyümenin değil, toplumsal huzur ve sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın da temelini oluşturmaktadır.
İş dünyası ve yatırım çevreleri ise öngörülebilir ekonomi politikalarının, hukuki güvenliğin, şeffaflığın ve üretimi destekleyen reformların uzun vadeli büyüme için vazgeçilmez olduğunu ifade etmektedir. Yerli ve yabancı yatırımcıların güven duyduğu bir Türkiye; daha fazla yatırım, daha güçlü üretim, daha yüksek ihracat ve daha fazla istihdam anlamına gelecektir.
Dünyada hızla gelişen yapay zekâ, ileri teknoloji, savunma sanayii, yeşil dönüşüm, enerji ve dijital ekonomi alanları, Türkiye açısından önemli fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Bilim, teknoloji ve katma değerli üretime yapılacak yatırımlar, ülkemizin küresel rekabet gücünü artıracak en önemli adımlar arasında yer almaktadır.
Küresel belirsizliklerin devam ettiği bir dönemde ekonomik istikrarın korunması, mali disiplinin sürdürülmesi, yatırım ortamının güçlendirilmesi ve hukukun üstünlüğüne duyulan güvenin artırılması; hem vatandaşların refahına hem de uluslararası yatırımcıların Türkiye’ye bakışına olumlu katkı sağlayacaktır.
Vatandaşların beklentileri ise oldukça açıktır: Hayat pahalılığının azaltılması, gelir seviyesinin yükseltilmesi, gençlerin geleceğe güvenle bakabilmesi, emeklilerin yaşam standartlarının güçlendirilmesi, çiftçilerin, üreticilerin ve esnafın desteklenmesi, kamu hizmetlerinin daha etkin ve verimli sunulması toplumun ortak talepleri arasında yer almaktadır.
Türkiye’nin en büyük gücü; genç ve dinamik nüfusu, girişimcilik ruhu, stratejik coğrafi konumu, güçlü üretim altyapısı ve köklü devlet geleneğidir. Bu potansiyelin ortak akıl, liyakat, şeffaf yönetim anlayışı, bilimsel yaklaşım ve toplumsal uzlaşıyla desteklenmesi, ülkemizi bölgesel ve küresel ölçekte daha güçlü bir konuma taşıyacaktır.
Demokratik toplumlarda farklı görüşlerin ve farklı önerilerin bulunması doğal ve değerlidir. Bununla birlikte; ekonomik kalkınma, hukukun üstünlüğü, kaliteli eğitim, bilim ve teknoloji yatırımları, üretimin artırılması, sosyal adalet ve toplumsal huzur, toplumun geniş kesimlerinin üzerinde birleşebileceği ortak hedeflerdir.
İllerde Ekonomi Gazetesi olarak inancımız şudur: Güçlü ekonomi, güçlü hukuk, güçlü eğitim, güçlü demokrasi ve güçlü üretim birbirini tamamlayan unsurlardır. Türkiye’nin geleceği; ortak akıl, istişare kültürü, liyakat, şeffaflık, üretim ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma anlayışıyla daha da güçlenecektir.

Türkiye is entering a significant period of transformation in the second century of the Republic, shaped by economic, technological, and geopolitical developments. As global dynamics evolve through digitalization, artificial intelligence, energy security, and changes in international trade, nations are redefining their competitive positions. In this environment, Türkiye faces both important opportunities and significant responsibilities.
During this period, alongside the policies implemented under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the effectiveness of public institutions, the productive capacity of the private sector, the scientific contributions of universities, the vitality of civil society, and the expectations of citizens all play a decisive role in shaping the country’s future.
Today, the shared expectations of society include a strong economy, lower inflation, greater purchasing power, a reliable investment climate, an independent and effective judicial system, high-quality education, accessible healthcare services, and greater employment opportunities that inspire confidence among young people. These objectives form the foundation not only of economic growth but also of social stability and sustainable development.
Business leaders and investors consistently emphasize that predictable economic policies, legal certainty, transparency, and reforms that encourage production are essential for long-term growth. A Türkiye that inspires confidence among both domestic and international investors will attract greater investment, strengthen production, expand exports, and create more employment opportunities.
Rapid global developments in artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, the defense industry, the green transition, energy, and the digital economy present significant opportunities for Türkiye. Investments in science, innovation, and high value-added production will be among the key drivers of enhancing the country’s international competitiveness.
At a time of continuing global uncertainty, maintaining economic stability, preserving fiscal discipline, improving the investment climate, and reinforcing confidence in the rule of law will positively influence both the prosperity of citizens and international perceptions of Türkiye as an investment destination.
The expectations of citizens are equally clear: reducing the cost of living, increasing income levels, enabling young people to look toward the future with confidence, improving the quality of life for retirees, supporting farmers, producers, and small businesses, and delivering more efficient and effective public services. These are among the common priorities shared across society.
Türkiye’s greatest strengths lie in its young and dynamic population, entrepreneurial spirit, strategic geographical location, strong production capacity, and deep-rooted state tradition. Supporting this potential through collective wisdom, merit-based governance, transparency, scientific thinking, and social consensus will strengthen Türkiye’s position both regionally and globally.
In democratic societies, diversity of opinion and different policy proposals are both natural and valuable. Nevertheless, economic development, the rule of law, quality education, investment in science and technology, increased production, social justice, and social harmony represent common aspirations shared by broad segments of society.
As İllerde Ekonomi Newspaper, we firmly believe that a strong economy, a strong legal system, quality education, a resilient democracy, and robust production are complementary pillars of national development. Türkiye’s future will continue to grow stronger through consultation, merit, transparency, productivity, and a sustainable development strategy built on shared wisdom.
